Advance Loan Directions was established in 2006. Managing director Connie Mavridis has been in the finance and mortgage broking industry for the past 27 years.

Connie was a regional manager at St George Bank for 20 years, and also Chief manager of Mortgage Find, a mortgage broking company for 7 years.

Connie won the sales manager of the year award in 2002, she has extensive commercial and construction loan experience.
